Here is an exceptional Royal Worcester teaset or Tete a Tete. It bears the monogram "LG" surmounted by a Viscount's coronet probably for Leila, Viscountess Gage (1865-1916)
Superb hand painted spring and summer flowers and bouquets. Raised gilding. A truly unique set made for a noble family. This was hardly, if ever used.This 19th Century set was produced in the Sevres style of the 18th Century. Impressed circular mark to some pieces.
Date: Circa mid to late 19thC.
Condition: Near Perfect.
Minute crack to one tray handle, minute short crack to cups rim.
