A stunning and elegant Old English pattern dessert spoon in silver gilt / vermeil
This spoon would make a lovely christening present...(Born with a gold spoon in one's mouth, no less!), as the gilding prevents the silver from oxidising / discolouring when in contact with certain fruits and other foods.
In excellent condition with a beautiful falcon crest.
