Item Description

A beautiful pair of Victorian sterling silver table forks in a bright-cut Old English design made by the silversmith Joseph Mayer of Liverpool, hallmarked in Exeter in 1873. These forks remain in very good antique condition and bear a period engraved heraldic crest of a wild man carrying a club to the handles.
