Item Description

These are especially well made, quality Victorian silver spoons which have the look and feel and weight of much older spoons. These spoons are in fantastic condition with lovely bowls and tips and just the right patination. Each spoon feels balanced in the hand with good heft. They were originally sold by Thomas Williams Dobson, who was a New Bond Street retailer at the time of their manufacture. You can just make out a makers mark underneath Dobson's, which was struck over the original maker's mark when they arrived at his shop. The crest is rather unusual and well engraved. Fine, high quality examples of this popular pattern.
