Item Description

This assembled set of FIVE forks, despite having been made by three different makers over a period of 15 years, has been together for quite a long time. It is a well-matched set, and stylistically there is little visible difference amongst the forks. All are engraved to the reverse of the handle with a wonderful fir cone, and a Ducal coronet: the crest of Parkyns and others. Clear marks, beautiful engraving, a wee bit of wear to the tines, but nothing that would impede proud display of these lovely examples. Length: 16.8cm (8 5/8 inches)
