How to use My Family Silver

1. Find Silver

• Use the search box on the home page to find the silver you are looking for by type e.g. candlesticks
• Go to Find Silver to search by maker, price, keyword origin and/or engravings e.g. initials and crests. Including initials
• Crestfinder allows you to identify your family crest (subject to availability) and to view any silver engraved with it.

2. Buy Silver

• When you find the silver you are looking for, use the "Contact Exhibitor" button to notify the seller of your interest. Our exhibitors are committed to responding to your enquiry within 48 hours.
• Complete your purchase direct with the exhibitor.
• Most of our exhibitors accept the major credit cards
• Our exhibitors guarantee their descriptions and the condition of their silver.

3. Get your Silver

• Following a purchase, your silver can be collected from the exhibitor or shipped directly to you subject to arrangement with the seller.
• Contact the seller if you have any questions about your order.

4. Complaints

• Complaints regarding your purchase should be directed to the exhibitor. My Family Silver cannot become involved in specific issues affecting buyer and seller and takes no responsibility for errors or omissions on behalf of our exhibitors.
