An Exceptional Quality, Antique English 4 Piece Tea & Coffee Set Made By The Barnards,The Form Is Melon Inverted With Beautifully Crisp Hand Chased & Engraved Decoration, Cast Feet, Spouts And Finials. The Barnards Were Possibly The Longest Running Lineage Of Silversmiths In The World, Starting With Anthony Nelme Circa 1680, And Ending As Edward Barnard & Sons In 1977, When They Were Taken Over By Padgett & Braham Ltd Who I believe Are Still Manufacturing. The Set Is Fully & Correctly Hallmarked. London 1840. The Coffee Pot Is 11" Tall
